I Steps:
Go to cityguides.msn.com

II Issue:
To the right, below the temperature value, text overlaps the border

III Conclusion:
Issue is due to #weather {height:71px;}. If I increase height to say 80px, then
overlapping of text and image is not seen.

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 42232
