Images with dotted/dashed border-style and top/left border-width [odd width]
are drawn with left & top border shifted slightly to the right & bottom
(respectively) of the rendered image. Hence for image with border-width of 1px,
it seems like the top and left border is not displayed at all since the image
overrides the shifted border lines.
