The clipboard, drag image and other implementations, improved

Fixes indentation problems, uses writeURL in declareAndWriteDragImage, removes
#if sentences in DragClientGtk.cpp.
GDK_INTERP_NEAREST was used there mostly for speed, but BILINEAR seems a better
choice indeed.
