I can confirm this bug too. Animated GIFs consume very much CPU power and cause
serious hangs when loading/viewing them on a webpage or dragging them. 3-4
animated GIFs can literally hang my WebKit for half a minute on a Core2Duo 2.33
cpu with 2 gigs of RAM (Leo 10.5.6)
