Summary: If there is no line wrapping, a caret can leave its
containing block but it shouldn't leave its root line
                    box
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: InRadar
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: justin.garcia at apple.com
                CC: mitz at webkit.org, simon.fraser at apple.com

If there is no line wrapping, a caret can leave its containing block but it
shouldn't leave its root line box.

Otherwise I believe it can be clipped by the containing blocks outline. Test
case forthcoming.
