Safari 3.2.2 is installed and works fine.
Downloaded nightly build r42277 and ran start cmd.

Received error: The procedure entry point CFHTTPCookieIsHTTPOnly could not be
located in the dynamic link library CFNetwork.dll

[Webkit doesn't start.]
The error is repeatable.

OS is Windows XP Pro SP2

Perhaps the problem is that the build machine does not have the right version
of the dll?
