To reproduce:
enter l: webkit, p: webkit
wait for 'library' elements to load
click on 'manage lists'
wait for 'list' to load
click on 'manage lists' (again)
Observe the behavior of elements in the bottom third of the screen
Resize window and observe appearance of elements in their rightfull place

This behavior is not observed in Safari 3.2.1 nor in Firefox 3.0.8
