Summary: Digg toolbar border tears when loaded in the background
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
               URL: http://digg.com/d1nzN6
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: NeedsReduction
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: webkit at mattlilek.com

1) Open a new Safari window and paste <http://digg.com/d1nzN6> in the address
bar.
2) Press enter while holding down Cmd to load it in a background tab.
3) Switch to that tab and scroll down, then up.

The 1px border on the bottom of the Digg toolbar leaves trails all over the
page. Forcing a repaint fixes it. It seems to only happen when it's loaded in
the background.

Happens in Safari 3, 4 and ToT (r42233).
