Since r37049 the JavaScriptCore won't build. It misses toASCIILower(..) and
toASCIIUpper(..), this is due (I think) the missing ASCIICType.h include. I
don't really know why is it still ok on mac (at least according to the
buildbot). The build failure was on a linux/qt machine.
