Summary: REGRESSION: Inner scrollbar arrows in inactive windows
                    look active
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
               URL: data:text/html,%3Cdiv%20style=%22overflow:%20auto;%20hei
                    ght:%20100px;%22%3E%3Cdiv%20style=%22height:%20400px;%22
                    %3E
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: Regression
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: Platform
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: mitz at webkit.org
                CC: hyatt at apple.com

The new non-NSScroller scrollbars' arrows remain the same dark shade of grey
when they are in a background window.

To reproduce: open the URL in TOT and switch to a different window. Notice how
the shade of the scroll thumb changes, but the arrows stay the same. In Safari
3.1 the arrows change to a much lighter shade.
