A simple input (type=submit) button on a form is displayed with a jagged,
broken appearance within a box reflection.

The "lozenge" (aka un-styled) button appears (in the reflection) to be offset
vertically through its middle by a few pixels, even though it does not appear
that the text contained within it has been similarly offset.
