Test webarchive

1. Open test webarchive in Safari
2. Cmd + U to show Safari's View Source window - source is readable
3. Open Inspector, switch to resources panel, inspect resource - source is
unreadable and matches up to the keys/values of the webarchive as opened in a
text editor.
