HTML file demonstrating rendering error

I tried to pick colors that make it stand out.  The bottom border error is the
most obvious in this particular example.  It should be dark red, not pinkish.
May need something like Pixie.app to magnify what's under the mouse cursor to
view individual pixels to confirm the top border error.
