The border radius in the attached example is very slightly off, both for screen
and print media.  It's a lot easier to see the error when you do a print
preview and zoom in on the corners.

Also, the <th> background fill might be off by one as well.  This shows up in
the print preview under heavy magnification, but not under normal magnification
nor on the screen (possibly obscured by rounding error?)
