Summary: SVG text is not always "repainted" when view area is
                    scrolled
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: SVG
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: eblotml at free.fr

See attached snapshot. Let me know if you need the SVG source.

This bug exists for several years, AFAICT. When a SVG drawing is painted, the
text is sometimes not rendered, or rendered partially.

It seems the issue occurrences increase when scrolling is used: uncovered areas
are sometime not repainted.

This issue only affect rendered text, AFAICT, no other SVG element.
