Should be able to rebaseline tests from the LayoutTests results page

KDOM's testing system used to have this neat feature where you could rebaseline
a test from within the results page.  There was a "rebaseline" link next to a
layout test results, which would contact a server running locally, and then
execute the necessary file system commands to shuffle around the result files. 
 (Of course I may be remembering it nicer than it was.)

This made it possible to make a change which changed a bunch of results,
examine all the results, and rebaseline them as you went, one at a time.  I
think this could be very useful to WebKit.
