           Summary: encrypted connections don't work from behind a password
                    protected proxy
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Page Loading
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: j.j.kress at googlemail.com

Loading of pages fails when those are loaded via an encrypted connection AND
behind a password protected proxy for all webkit-based applications and the
latest webkit-nightly.

I'm being that specific because other bug reports just say proxy and simple
proxy connections (without authentication) work perfectly in my case. Thus I
assume that this has something to do with a proxy that needs authentication.

Using other non-webkit browsers, those connections over authenticated proxy
work just fine.
