This sounds like a problem with your Cygwin installation.  Googling for the
error message turns up links such as
<http://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2008-07/msg00148.html> which look relevant and
should help you address this.

Closing as INVALID as this is a problem with your local environment, rather
than in WebKit.
