I have checked out the source code from the repository. I have installed all
the developer tools i.e. cygwin, visual studio, patch for visual studio as
specified in the website. 

I have created few tests for this bug. When I was testing the run-webkit-tests,
i have got the following erro:

I browser the bugzilla for the solution. But, I couldn't find one. Can you
throw some light on resolving this issue.
