Loading of Excite.com stalls, 

loading   http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php  results in delayed by
several seconds scroll control and animation stops unless mouse is moved, then
will stall again in a few seconds.

On occasion clicking on a topic heading in Digg.com will result in the page
being opened but control and viewing reverted to the original page, hiding the
topic page below the original.
