Scott Responding to this question:
34 com.apple.CFNetwork 0x9713948a CallFindProxyForURL + 297

Looks like the system is set up to use a PAC file.

Scott, is "Digital Direct.app" something that developers can download?

> Since I'm not the developer of the Mac version of this application I probably won't be able to answer very many Mac technical questions directly, but I will involve the developer who is working on the application.

Some BackGround:
Digital Direct is a client side application that connects to a Windows based
server product that Kodak sells. The Digital Direct App is currently in beta
and the server product installation is quite involved. The client side
application is typically installed by running a installer shipped with the
server product. Unfortunately making both products (client and server side)
available is a challenge given Kodaks firewall. We might be able to hold a
webex session that could include a debug session if that helps?
Communications between the Mac Client application and server is done via Web
Services.
