           Summary: Inappropriate Security Warning
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
               URL: http://www.columbia.edu/~jeh1/mailings/20080604_TaxAndDi
                    vidend.pdf
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: PDF
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: norm at cap-lore.com

I go to http://www.columbia.edu/~jeh1/mailings/20080604_TaxAndDividend.pdf .
I click on the first link therein which is to
http://www.columbia.edu/~jeh1/2008/HawaiiPACON_20080603.pdf .
I see a warning: Acrobat is attempting to connect to [URL]. If you trust the
site, choose Allow. [...] .
It seems odd that this particular link should warrant such a message.
If Acrobat is malign and already has control of my machine, linking to another
site hardly makes things worse.
If Acrobat is suspect there should be a warning before rendering the first
page.

Too many security warnings degrade security!
