The problem is that the outer table specifies a width="750", but the first
column is set to width="157" and the second column to width="600", which means
the table width is 7 pixels short.

To fix the rendering issue, the outer table needs to be changed from
width="750" to width="757".

I'm visiting this restaurant in a week or so.  I'll see if I can get them to
fix their web site.

Also renders incorrectly on Safari for iPhone.
