I should add – while this is the case in tables where the hyphen-minus is the
only obvious wrapping point within the cell, it also occurs in free text.  On
the following page, resize the window while noting the lower bound of some of
the data types – a hyphen–minus is often left floating on its own despite the
preceding space.
