After reverting back to a previous release of Safari e.g. 3.1.2 it is necessary
to delete the WebkitNightly folder created in %TEMP%.  When
run-nightly-webkit.cmd is run it copies Safari.exe to this folder before
running it from there, but it seems it does not overwrite an existing version
properly.  Therefore even though you down graded to 3.1.2 you may be running a
later version of Safari previously copied there.  The script should probably
always overwrite this temporary Safari.exe file.
