On Windows if I run Safari 3.1.2 or the initial Safari 4 preview I can run
nightlies okay. If I install the latest Safari preview (from August) I cannot
run nightlies. I get the error message "Safari cannot open a browser windows
and may be missing important resources. Try installing Safari again"

I have tried deleting the WebkitNightly folder created in %TEMP% but this does
not fix the problem.
