WebKit-r36012 wont start instead Windows report the error message: Safari
cannot open a browser window and may be missing important resources. Try
installing Safari again. 

After several reinstall attempts (of: Safari 3.1.2, and even the Safari 4 dev.2
upd.) and various tries  of recent Webkit versions the same error message
appear and the only way to run safari is by its default mode, safari.exe file
not the nightly-webkit.cmd.
