I Steps:
 Go to http://www.google.co.kr
 type baidu, suggested words will be listed in dropdown list

 II Issue:
 use arrow down key to move cursor and there is no response

 III Other Browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: ok

 IV Nightly tested: 37819
