I Steps:
 1. Go to Attached reduced testcase

 II Issue:
 image not getting displayed

 III Conclusion
 webkit is not computing the ClientHeight property correctly.

 IV Other browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: ok

 V Nightly tested: 37819
