Summary: KURL doesn't canonicalize IP addresses
Product: WebKit
Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: Platform
AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
ReportedBy: brettw at chromium.org
Most of the time it doesn't matter, but for applications like anti-phishing,
you really need the canonical version of an IP address so that it can be looked
up in a list.
KURL does no IP address canonicalization.
