Hello,
I tried to reproduce the problem also on a MacBook without much success. Even
if the CPU goes high while playing the video, I did not have the impression
that the video is slow motion. I downloaded the flv file you mentioned in the
bug to my MacBook Pro and played it locally with Adobe Media Player, but still
I was not able to see slow motion in playing the video.

1. Are you able to reproduce the problem every time or it happens from time to
time?
2. Do you experience the problem only after maximizing the browser window?
3. Do you experience the same problem with other movie clips too?
4. Are you able to reproduce the problem with Flash Player 9?
5. What is the first WebKit nightly version that does not experience your
issue?

Regards,
Mihnea
