I Steps:
 Go to the attached testcase

 II Issue:
 making the width of a <marquee> equal to the total width of all its children. 
When the <marquee> has no width attribute, IE lets the parent decide the width;
webkit uses the sum of the children.

 III Other Browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: ok

 IV Nightly tested: 37819
