I Steps:
 Go to http://map.baidu.com
 search a city name, the little zoom window at right-bottom corner should
display and shadowed rect in it, but in Chrome and Safari, it is not
transparent.

 II Issue:
   -moz-opacity: 0.2;
        filter:alpha(opacity=20);

 Above style doesn't seems to be working on Chrome/Opera/Safari.

 III Other Browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: ok

 IV Nightly tested: 37819
