I apologise ahead of time for the vagueness, I am not exactly sure how else to
describe it.

I am a member of many forums using vBulletin/IBF and various other piece of
software, and every so often when I attempt to attach an image, or an upload to
these forum posts I have to hit the upload button multiple times.

If the first button press does not submit the file, I generally open activity
monitor, and will watch my outgoing traffic speed to check to see if the file
is being sent, when the speed increases versus what it was, I know it is sent
and everything will work, if it does not increase the outgoing speed, I hit the
button again. Eventually the file is uploaded.

darin and bdash on IRC asked me to file a bug report. I will be doing some
checking of my own to see if I can trace down where the error may be occurring,
depending on how much free time I have. With school and all ...

Other notes:
This happens on both Safari 3.x and Safari 4.x.
