I Steps:
Go to the attached testcase

II Issue:
extra space between table and div due to #mainContainerGrid { MIN-HEIGHT:
100%;}
if we remove min-height:100% then FF/Safari/Chrome behave same as IE (IE
doesn't get affected by this change)

III Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

IV Nightly tested: 37604
