II Issue:
video keeps loading forever and doesnt play

III Conclusion:
It is a plug-in problem, it seems that IE and Firefox can interpret the query
strings in "movie" (in <object>) or "src" (in <embed>) property correctly but
now webkit

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 37604
