I Steps:
Go to the attached testcase

II Issue:
text not displaying in correct table cell.

III Conclusion:
Style property "display: block" of tag <tr> is the cause of this issue

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: not ok

V Nightly tested: 37604
