I Steps:
Login to https://www.google.com/adsense/login/en_US/ and create a report.

II Issue:
For first saved report template, when scheduling the report with any frequency,
the format drop down overlaps table

III Conclusion:
In this case, when the display style property of drop-down "sel2" is changed
from "none" to "", IE and Firefox can adjust  its containing <td>'s width
dynamically to contain it, while webkit doesn't.

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 37604
