I Steps:
 Go to http://product.tech.sina.com.cn/detail/100/99208/param.shtml
 Observe the color of default selected tab "??"

 II Issue:
 selected tab color is incorrect

 III Conclusion:
 This issue is caused because the javascript instruction
obj.background='dh_bgb.jpg' doesn't work in webkit. 
 In IE, it changes the back ground image dynamically, but in other browsers it
doesn't.

 IV Other Browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: not ok

 V Nightly tested: 37382
