I Steps:
 Go to the attached testcase

 II Issue:
 buttons not getting displayed

 III Conclusion:
 issue is causing due to .FinaTool ol{float:left;padding:4px 0 0;} - float:left

 IV Other Browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: not ok

 V Nightly tested: 37382
