To reproduce:

1. Go to https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=24403&action=prettypatch
2. Select some text
3. Copy it
4. Paste it into a textarea

You'll see ugly plaintext versions of the formatted lines, like those in
<https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21647#c3>. It would be much nicer if
the original lines of the patch got copied instead (complete with the leading +
or -).
