I Steps:
 Go to http://games.sina.com.cn/d/d/

 II Issue:
 the active tab has incorrect background image

 III Conclusion:
 style property "line-height:150%" is causing this issue, if change it to
"line-height:100%" then it works fine in any browser

 IV Other Browsers:
 IE7: ok
 FF3: not ok

 V Nightly tested: 37382
