This seems to also affect subdomains of a parent domain when set in a frame.
It's inconsistent though because it seems to work fine on some domains that
I've tried but not others.

Here are two examples:
http://test2.foks.se (cookie not set)
http://test2.almostasbig.com (cookie is set)

In both examples, the cookie is set by image.php which just outputs an image.
