iso-8859-8-i is not rendered as logial ordering.
Attached two samples, they should be rendered the same.
The UTF-8 is OK.

This is a bug in the QtWebKit rendering engine.  It needs to be filed on
bugs.webkit.org (sorry about the hassle, 
i'll update the bug reporting template) I tested them on the latest version of
QtWebKit and they make it segfault 
(at least on OS X) so it should definitely be filed so the font/text developers
get notified.
