I Steps:
Go to http://www.ynet.co.il/home/0,7340,L-544,00.html

II Issue:
content not center aligned - it is left aligned

III Conclusion:
This issue is caused because of the table style property "table-layout:fixed"
and tag <colgroup>, if remove any of them, then it works fine in webkit

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 37604
