I Steps:
Go to http://edu.sina.com.cn/z/2006gaokaozwsd/index.html
Observe the the title "2006各地优秀作文"

II Issue:
The length of title bar is not as long as its content.

III Conclusion:
The width of the 1st row 1st column is given 91%. Chrome and Safari do not
apply this width so the 1st column runs short in these two browsers. If I give
it a width in pixels, then it is working fine.

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 37604
