For anyone familiar with the Mozilla accessibility implementation wondering
where most of the DOM nodes have gone, I should mention that we now do hiding
of redundant nodes. The aim is to represent the functionality of the page
rather than its hypertext structure. Hiding is currently broken for text nodes
(as I mentioned earlier).
