Somehow your copy of Safari has a plugin registered which handles SVG, which is
crashing it (instead of rendering the SVG.  w/o additional information there is
not much we can do here.

I would encourage you to check your plugin directories for bad files:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
