To reproduce:

1. Go to http://webkit.org/
2. Open the Inspector and select the Elements panel
3. Type "scrip" into the search field

At this point the search field loses focus (due to the fix for bug 21251), so
now I can't type the final "t" to complete my query, which was supposed to be
"script".
