After futher thinking and reading Eric's point about prefixes I think this
approach is acceptable. 

However I don't want to lose information of make the code more bug prone so I'd
like to see a patch that adds ASSERT(hasTagName(fooTag)) too all constructors
where the qname parameter was added.
